Public invited to Whitesands project drop-in event

Members of the public are invited to attend a drop-in information session on the Whitesands Flood Protection Scheme, offering an opportunity to meet the project team and find out more about the next phase of works.

The session will take place on Wednesday 1 July, from 4pm to 7pm, at the former Tourist Information Office on the Whitesands.

This informal event will provide an opportunity to:

• learn more about Phase 1 works
• understand what is planned over the coming months
• ask questions and share any feedback directly with the team

There’s no need to book – you can drop in at a time that suits you.

We will continue to hold similar events as the project progresses, helping to ensure the community has regular opportunities to stay informed and involved.
