Salary and leave
You will receive a salary with annual increments and at least 35 days’ paid leave each year (pro rata), including public holidays. Your leave increases to 40 days after five years’ service.
Pension
You will have access to a pension scheme through the Local Government Pension Scheme or the Scottish Teachers Superannuation Scheme, depending on your role.
Flexible working
We support flexible and hybrid working where service needs allow. We also offer family-friendly policies, including maternity, adoption and shared parental leave. Some roles allow you to buy additional annual leave.
