Dumfries and Galloway Council is inviting residents, community groups, learners, partners and anyone with an interest in Gaelic to comment on its draft Gaelic Language Plan for 2027 to 2032.
Try something new, get back into fitness or enjoy a free swim. Leisure centres across Dumfries and Galloway are offering free activities for National Fitness Day on Wednesday 16 September.
This year, organisations and groups from across the region were invited to apply to the Youth Beatz Fringe Fund for funding to run events and activities in their own communities as part of the Fringe Programme for 2026. The Youth Beatz Fringe has a continued focus on providing opportunities that are entirely free and accessible across Dumfries and Galloway.
