An application for planning permission in principle (reference 26/1649/PIP) has been submitted for a proposed artificial intelligence data centre and technology campus on the former nuclear power station site at Chapelcross near Annan.
Plans to include three additional housing projects, delivering 95 affordable homes, within Dumfries and Galloway's Strategic Housing Investment Plan will be considered by councillors.
Progress in reducing vacant and derelict land and bringing long-term empty properties back into use across Dumfries and Galloway will be highlighted in a report to councillors next month.
