Unoccupied property that needs major repair or reconstruction
If the property has been occupied in the last year, you could get 100% exemption on the Council Tax, for up to a year from when work started.
You could get a 100% exemption from Council Tax for up to a year from when the property was last occupied for 3 months or more and major repair or reconstruction works are being carried out. This exemption can only be awarded once works have started.
