Property unoccupied for other reasons
Some unoccupied properties may qualify for 100% Council Tax discount, including:
- agricultural property
- property for which occupation is prohibited by law
- property that's difficult to let because it's part of, or on the grounds of, the owner's or tenant's occupied property
- property held for occupation by ministers of religion
- repossessed property
- property last lived in by a person who has moved to get or give personal care
- bankruptcy
- deceased occupants
- occupants in prison
- occupants are students
