Before the Licensing Board considers your application
We will write to you with the date and time of the meeting and information about how to attend.
Before the meeting, you will receive copies of any reports, objections or presentations that the Board will consider. This gives you an opportunity to understand the issues raised and prepare your response.
If you have made an objection or representation
A copy of your objection or representation will be given to the applicant or licence holder so they have an opportunity to respond.
You must give permission for your submission to be shared in full. If you do not give permission, the Board cannot consider it.
Anonymous objections or representations will also not be considered by the Board.
If you are unable to attend the meeting
The licence holder, applicant or their agent may arrange for someone else to represent you and speak on your behalf.
You must provide that person with written consent, otherwise your application, representation or objection may not be considered. It is essential that your representative can answer any questions that the Board may have in relation to the terms of your application, objection or representation.
