9 February 2026
Prepare and submit your application before noon on Monday 2nd March (written and video applications will be accepted.
5 March 2026
Shortlisted applications will be announced and will go forward to the voting stage.
9 March 2026 to 23 March 2026
Young Women and Girls in Dumfries and Galloway will be able to vote for their preferred projects.
To ensure an even distribution of funds across the region, young people will get the choice of voting for projects in the East or West of the region depending on where they live.
27 March 2026
Funding decisions confirmed – Projects with the most votes across the region will be notified.
13 April 2026
Mandatory online information session for successful grantees.
Week beginning 20 April 2026
Funds released.
31 January 2027
Project monitoring and evaluation return due.
4 March 2027
Celebration event.
