Get a Blue Badge disabled parking permit

You can park in certain restricted areas if driving or travelling as a passenger with a Blue Badge disabled parking permit.

Get free bus travel if you are disabled

If you have a disability and live in Scotland, the National Entitlement Card (NEC) bus pass gives you free travel on most buses across Scotland.

Get a parking bay for a disabled person

You can apply for a marked bay on the road outside or close to your home to show that the space has been reserved for a disabled person.

If you are blind and live in Scotland, the National Entitlement Card (NEC) Blind Persons' Scheme gives you free travel on most buses trains and coaches across Scotland.
