Overview
Before you start you will need:
- a detailed description of the planned work
- any planning of building warrant application numbers related to the location of the work
- contact details of the contractor or supplier who will do the work
- permission form the landlord if the work is at a rented property
The permit cost is £170.25, payable by debit or credit card.
You must not start work unless we approve your application for a permit. If we do not approve it we will refund the permit cost.
