We have a statutory duty through the CLD (Scotland) Regulations 2013 to produce a plan with our partners every 3 years which sets out how the region's Community Learning and Development (CLD) provision will be secured.
Our Education, Skills and Community Wellbeing Committee agreed a new CLD Plan for 2025–2027 at their committee meeting held on 9 September 2025. This new plan now supercedes the interim plan which had been agreed for 2024–2025.
