Regional Cultural Fund
The Regional Cultural Fund offers grants of up to £3,000 to enhance, improve and promote community‑led creative and cultural programmes and facilities across Dumfries and Galloway.
This fund is now closed to applications
The fund will provide an opportunity for arts, heritage and community organisations to take forward work that would not otherwise have been possible, helping to elevate local programmes and projects.
Support has been available for organisations wishing to:
- deliver new or expanded arts, heritage, creative or cultural activity
- diversify work or programmes where this would increase visitor numbers
- undertake projects that strengthened the resilience of museums, galleries and cultural venues
- contribute to the aims and priorities of the Cultural Strategy for Dumfries and Galloway
All funded projects are required to be planned, managed and fully delivered by 31 August 2026.
The total available fund was £14,987 fully funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, and administered by Dumfries and Galloway Council with support from DGU and the Dumfries and Galloway Cultural Partnership.
