Advice on a range of consumer problems is provided in partnership with Advice Direct Scotland.

Report a scam

Tell us if you’re worried you’ve been scammed or have witnessed suspicious activities, including:

  • traders calling on you to offer home improvement services such as gardening or roofing
  • misleading descriptions or pricing of goods or services
  • traders supplying under 18s with age restricted products such as cigarettes, vapes or fireworks
  • the sale of fake goods

Report it and we’ll investigate.
