Request a replacement garden waste permit
If your garden waste permit sticker has been lost or damaged, or if you’ve received your bin but not your permit within 10 days, you can request a replacement using this service.
When to use this service
You should request a replacement permit if:
- you’ve already received a permit, but it’s been lost or damaged
- you've received your garden waste bin more than 10 days ago, but still haven’t received your permit
If you’re requesting a replacement bin, a new permit will be sent automatically — you don’t need to request one separately.
What you’ll need
To complete the form, you’ll need your garden waste service reference number. You can find this in your registration email or printed on your original permit.
