Collection prices
This service is for large items that you cannot use or recycle and cannot be collected by your normal commercial waste service. Each commercial bulky waste collection must be paid for. They are separate from any general commercial waste agreement that you may have with us.
Collection prices
The cost of a collection depends on the type and number of items you want us to collect.
Request a collection and we'll assess your items before providing a quote.
The minimum collection charge is £50.
Items we cannot collect
We cannot collect or provide quotes for:
- commercial fridges and freezers
- commercial dehumidifiers
- ammonia fridges (also known as caravan or 3-way fridges)
If you need to dispose of these items, contact a local waste disposal company.
Using another disposal service
If you arrange a collection through someone else, check that they have a valid Waste Carrier's Licence.
This helps make sure your waste is transported and disposed of legally and responsibly.

We're the largest waste organisation in Dumfries and Galloway. Our 100 staff and 30 vehicles already provide services to over 2,000 commercial customers across the region.
