Spectrum

Youth group for young people who identify as neurodiverse and enjoy calmer spaces. Pop in, make friends and try new activities such as arts and crafts, gaming and music.

Join Study Skills - a supportive space for 15-18 year olds to strengthen their study techniques, learn practical relaxation methods, and build confidence in managing exam pressure.
