Fair Work First
As part of our commitment to being a fair, inclusive and responsible employer, we have also published a Fair Work First Statement. This outlines how we embed Fair Work principles across our organisation, including effective employee voice, workforce development, equality and diversity, and fair pay.
The statement complements our People Strategy and demonstrates how we put our values into practice.
