Statutory consultation on the potential let of common good property, Former Council Offices, Water Street Dalbeattie

Former Council Offices, Water Street, Dalbeattie, as shown coloured red on the plan below, is held as part of Dalbeattie Common Good and therefore before taking a decision, the Council requires to consult under section 104 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.

An 8-week consultation period from Tuesday 21 April 2026 to Tuesday 16 June 2026 will take place. 

We are inviting representations from the local Community Council, Community Bodies and members of the public on this proposal.  All representations will then be published on this page.

Any representations or enquiries should be clearly headed ‘Former Council Offices, Water Street, Dalbeattie’ and handed into the Dalbeattie Library, 23 High Street, Dalbeattie or sent by email to [email protected] .  

Representations should be received by us  no later than 5pm on Tuesday, 16th June 2026.
