Statutory consultation on the continued let of common good property, Stranraer FC, Stair Park

Stranraer FC, Stair Park, London Rd, Stranraer, as shown outlined in a thick black line on the plan below, is held as part of Stranraer Common Good and therefore before taking a decision, the Council requires to consult under section 104 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.

An 8-week consultation period from Thursday 17 September 2026 to Friday 13 November 2026 will take place. We are inviting representations from the local Community Council, Community Bodies and members of the public on this proposal.  

Any representations or enquiries should be clearly headed Stranraer FC, Stair Park, London Rd, Stranraer and handed into Stranraer Library, North Strand Street, Stranraer or sent by email to [email protected] .  Representations should be received by the Council no later than 5pm on Friday 13 November 2026.
