Statutory consultation to add changing places toilet at Kilngreen, Langholm

The Kilngreen, Langholm is held as part of Langholm Common Good and therefore before taking a decision, the council requires to consult under section 104 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.

An 8-week consultation period from 22 November 2024 to 17 January 2025 will take place. We are inviting representations from the local community council, community bodies and members of the public on this proposal.

Any representations or enquiries should be clearly headed ‘Land at Kilngreen, Langholm’ and handed into the DG Customer Services Centre, Market Place, Langholm, DG13 OJQ or sent by email to [email protected]. Representations should be received by the Council no later than 5pm on 17 January 2025.
