Results of the Scottish Parliament Election held on 7 May 2026.
We are inviting comments (representations) from community councils, community bodies and members of the public on a proposed update to the Common Good Register for Dumfries and Galloway.
Following a review of assets we hold, we have prepared a draft register to update the existing Common Good Register published online.
Common Good property includes land, buildings and other assets that are held for the benefit of local communities. We are required to keep a Common Good Register to record these assets.

The consultation runs for 12 weeks from Friday 3 July 2026. We must receive all comments by 5pm on Friday 25 September 2026.
